From move-in day to maintenance needs and beyond, we are dedicated to serving and satisfying our tenants. Communication is key—twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week—so we’ve developed a centralized portal that makes it easy to contact property managers, submit maintenance requests, and pay rent.

Tenants who register for our dedicated portal can view bills, pay rent, set up automatic payments and email reminders, and review their payment history. We offer the option to pay by eCheck or cash (using the option to create a cash voucher payment on our tenant portal).

To request emergency maintenance, please call our main office at 609-921-3257 in addition to submitting a request through the tenant portal. If we receive your call outside of business hours, follow the system prompts to be transferred to our around-the-clock emergency maintenance service.
